At Minerva Scientific we possess the broad-ranging expertise, experience and instrumentation to be able to offer clients testing options covering many of todays ever increasing legislative and due diligence based trace analysis requirements.

We use state of the art gas chromatographic (GC) and liquid chromatographic (LC) based ‘reference’ techniques to offer a comprehensive testing service pertinent to the analysis of trace additives and contaminants in foods and feeding stuffs. We can also offer cost-competitive screening based techniques for the analysis of larger numbers of similar sample types, or where occurrence of residues is less likely.

Our ISO17025 (UKAS) accredited procedures offer a broad ranging series of tests ideal for due-diligence based surveillance – refer to our scope of accreditation for further information.

Our UKAS flexible scope enables us to offer fully accredited test results for virtually any additive or organic contaminant compound, such as pesticides, mycotoxins, veterinary residues, sweeteners, preservatives and naturally occurring and process related contaminants.
